Every time you apply for a listing your profile is assigned BoligPoints, which we store as long as your profile is active, for a minimum of 12 months after the last login.

Unlike other intermediaries wanamove does not have binding subscriptions where the money is automatically deducted from your bank account and is to be canceled with notice. Who gets the tenancy
The landlord is always presented with all who have applied for a property. At the top of the list are the candidates with the most BoligPoints.
The more applications, the more BoligPoints, the higher on the venteliste.
You can only apply for each property once, and it is not possible to buy a top position by simply by applying for the same property multiple times.

Real landlords and real apartments

Secure payment
wanamove only use approved and reputable payment systems by ScanNet.
Upon payment of the deposit and prepaid rent, the payment travels via a secured account with wanamove before being transferred to the landlord.
The landlord will not be paid until there is made a lease and it has been confirmed by the tenant.
Deposit covered by insurance
The account for deposited deposit and prepaid rent is covered by insurance for administrators at WillisTowerWatson, on equal terms as the lawyers insurance of their client accounts.
