Fee
The fee for an application is 40.00 DKK. No binding subscriptions where the money is automatically deducted and which must be canceled. You are always searching for free and only pay when you find an attractive new apartment to be applied for.
The fee covers both wanamove's the landlord's administration and handling costs.
Your fee is never lost. You will be registered on the venteliste when you apply for an apartment for the first time.
BoligPoints
Each application gives BoligPoints never to be lost if the profile is kept active. The more points, the higher the ranking on the venteliste. And the higher on the venteliste landlord selects the tenant, the greater share of the administration costs the landlord receives.
When you purchase an application you get one BoligPoint for every DKK you spend.
After login you can see your BoligPoints in login window and an indication of your ranking on a 'general' venteliste.
Venteliste
Ventelisten is the list of applicants. wanamove presents the landlord to our venteliste so that the landlord is encouraged to choose from the top of the list.
With wanamove's many real rental properties it is very likely that all in the Top10 on the general venteliste will be offered a requested apartment within approximately 6 months
Progress
The search process is not closed until a final lease is made. This will always take some time, typically 3-4 weeks after the application deadline. No news is usually not good news, but there is still hope. wanamove does guarantee that you will always be notified of the outcome by email.
wanamove is the intermediary between the landlord and property seekers, and can not vouch for the landlord's final choice. But wanamove is attempting to set the best possible criteria in presentation, and to encourage the landlord to choose high on the venteliste.
Payment terms
Payment
wanamove accepts payment by Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and MobilePay.
The payment is drawn from the applicant’s account as soon as the application for a property is enabled.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and are incl. VAT.
A fee is added by Nets and Teller, depending on the card used, and is imposed on your payment. Note that MobilePay uses the normal fee plus 1,25 DKK
wanamove uses an approved payment server at ScanNet, which encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information can not be read
In connection with the payment an application is registered at the given property. This application can be viewed by logging into the applicant’s profile.
If fees from the Nets, Teller or MobilePay impose the rate, these will be imposed on your payment.
Conditions
Warranty
Since there is not purchased a physical product or service, but the payment for a management performance in connection with applications for properties, the warranty under the Sale of Goods Act is disclaimed. The only warranty case that could be considered is if advertised property for rent, which was subsequently withdrawn by the landlord without the concluding lease agreement with an applicant from wanamove.
Returning of an item is not relevant.
Reimbursement
Similar to the warranty a reimbursement of payment of administrative performance is not provided, unless an advertised property for rent was subsequently withdrawn by the landlord without having entered a lease agreement with an applicant from wanamove.
wanamove caters to all applicants.
Right of withdrawal
With the purchase of an application for a property at wanamove the applicant disclaims the right of withdrawal.
